THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA St. John’s, Newfoundland – The Honourable Gail Shea, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, today announced the awarding of a $3 million contract to Heddle Marine Service Newfoundland for the second phase of Vessel Life Extension (VLE) and refit work to Canadian Coast Guard vessel CCGS Cygnus.
